Links Golf Specialists

Links golf is known for wide-open terrain with many trees or water in the way. Links purists may say that links golf has to be played in Scotland, or that links golf can’t have any water or trees. Or they may make up all sorts of rules to say a course isn’t a “true” links course.

For the purposes of the Fantasy Golfanac, we don’t use those strict guidelines. We consider any course that is “links style”.

For something like links golf, these events are played less regularly on the PGA TOUR, so the sample sizes are lower. Proceed accordingly with the data below. I would recommend using this angle as a tiebreaker, but not a leading factor.
