Iverson-Billups Swap Teams, Joakim Noah is Weird, and more from the Sports World

Chauncey AI Trade

It didn’t take long for the Nuggets and Pistons to get down and dirty.  Just two games into the season, Allen Iverson has been traded to the Pistons for Chauncey Billups and Antonio McDyess. McDyess is a stubborn old-vet who is not particularly keen of leaving Detroit, so it will be interesting to see whether the Nuggets buy out his contract or else McDyess may retire.  A buy-out would allow McDyess to return to the Pistons as if nothing happened.  From a fantasy perspective, the big winners appear to be Rodney Stuckey, J.R. Smith, Chauncey Billups.  If McDyess doesn’t return to Detroit, then all of the Pistons big men will recieve a boost as well.  Is this the end of the Pistons trading, or just the beginning?
