Two weeks ago in our last College Basketball Rankings Post, we asked readers who the better conference was, Mountain West or Conference-USA. The responses were pretty even, but C-USA appears to be pulling away just two weeks later.  The C-USA now has four teams inside the FoF Top 30 (Memphis, UTEP, UAB, and Tulsa). As of now, the Conference-USA appears to be very top heavy, and surprisingly should get at least four teams into the Big Dance.  Now onto the Rankings…
